Chill out in the 2nd bedroom. Stocked with fun activities & a smart TV. Top bunk is furnished with a new Brooklyn bedding twin XL mattress. The bottom bed is a Queen with a premium Helix mattress! Control your own heat with separate thermostat.
If you must work while exploring Grand County take advantage of this work space. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and an additional monitor for you to use (laptop not included with stay)

Additionally there are 2 seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook a fabulous meal. Everything is provided such as a crockpot, coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, tea kettle, toaster, pots pans. etc
In kitchen pantry you will find shelves to use after you visit the Safeway grocery store less than a mile down the road. We provide food storage containers, spices, foil, baggies, cooking spray. Garbage & fire extinguisher can be found inside.
Relax in the 7 person hot tub and enjoy the breath taking mountain views from every angle. From here you face south-west and will get sunrise and sun set views!
Condo is equipped with a full size W/D for guest to use. Next to the laundry area is a coat closet to store any personal items.
Ski and snowboard boot dryer conveniently mounted in the garage for your use.

Wanna watch the game and take a dip in the hot tub at the same time?? No problem as you can see the TV from the hot tub!
Couch doubles as a full size bed. Mattress pad, sheets, blankets and a pillow are located in the storage compartment under the chaise.
Table downsized for 4 guest. The bar also sits 2 guest. Instructions on expansion of table will be in guest welcome book.
