This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in.
This place was AMAZING! Kelly is incredibly thoughtful and intentional about the space and it really stood out. The place has everything we could need. Loved that it is dog friendly and everything was set-up to be dog friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Super easy to use everything and the guide book was a great resource. This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in. The entire place was comfortable and Kelly was responsive and helpful from booking to checking out. I cannot recommend enough. Already looking at booking another stay here.
Such a perfect stay for a girls weekend!
Such a perfect stay for a girls weekend! Kelly’s home was the perfect space, extremely clean, and the private hot tub was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and new and the bus stop was so easy to get to and brought you right into Winter Park. Kelly was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!!

Everything was just like the pictures. More spaced than I imagined. Kelly was thoughtful with all the details and accommodations. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Kelly was also super responsive with any question I had and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
A perfect spot for our family of 5
A perfect spot for our family of 5. Kids loved all of the games, and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Located close to all the activities of winter park, Fraser, and Granby.
Could not recommend enough! Especially if you are wanting to bring fur babies!
Condo was immaculate and all of the process was easy peasy. Everything was as stated. They also had dog bowls there so I didn't need to bring my own for those coming in from out of state. I've stated in several different rentals and Kelly provided just about every amenity I could think of from zip lock bags to specific towels for the hot tub. Could not recommend enough! Especially if you are wanting to bring fur babies!

We have stayed at Kelly’s before and would do it again! Very comfortable space and great for families with kids and/or dogs. Easy access to Trestle for biking and great walking trails nearby. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable for 2 couples.
Hot tub with grand view of not one, but two mountain ranges
Our stay could not have been better! Highly accommodating, plenty of amenities and space. Hot tub with grand view of not one, but two mountain ranges. Biking distance from AMAZING trails, close to off-roading, and a quiet town with excellent dining. We actually wanted to stay longer, and will in the future!
The place itself was pristine and felt super luxurious
We absolutely enjoyed our stay! My fiancé and I came for a 6-day vacation with our two dogs to enjoy a winter getaway. The condo was located on a mountain pass just a short drive from town, with super close access to a Safeway, great restaurants and breweries, and excursions. We were never too far from anything. The place itself was pristine and felt super luxurious. Kelly provided us with everything we needed from a welcome book with local recommendations to dog supplies (bowls, crate, etc.). The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery, and the fully stocked coffee bar in the main bedroom was absolutely appreciated. We will be coming back should we ever be in the neighborhood.
Great setup for baby & dog
We had the best time at Kelly’s condo! It was exactly as described and a great setup for our baby and dog. They had everything you could need and very comfy furniture. The home was very clean, as was the hot tub! The location is great, very walkable and a close drive to all of Fraser’s amenities. We will definitely be back!
Exactly what my family was looking for a quick getaway!
Kelly’s place was exactly what my family was looking for a quick getaway! We didn’t have to bring a lot of things for our toddler because she was very well set up in the Airbnb! The hot tub was the best part! Kelly was super responsive and friendly as well! We can’t wait to come back!!
